How do I receive my files?

After your payment is processed, you will be redirected to the Checkout page. Next to the list of each digital item you have purchased, you will see a link to a ZIP file containing your products.

Right click on that ZIP file name, select “Save Link As” from the right click menu, and then Save the file to your desired location on your hard drive.

Also, you can access all of your digital downloads on the Downloads page under My Account. You will need to be logged in to do so.

How do I extract my art files (PDFs) from my archive file (ZIP)?

After installing the needed software listed above, open the downloaded ZIP file using that software. This will allow you to extract all of your images. The images will be in PDF files.

Open the PDF files using Adobe Reader or Evince. From there, you can print them at home.

If you are planning on taking your files to a local print shop or use an online print service, you only need to take the PDF files with you.

How long will my physical order take?

Physical print orders will take 2 to 5 days to process. For US customers, shipping will take 5 – 12 business days following processing. For international customers, shipping may take an additional 10-21 days. This is not something I can control and is dependent on your country’s customs policies.

How will I receive my custom order?

Custom orders will be delivered via email. It is very important that your email address is correct. Additionally, they will be made available via the Downloads section of the My Account page. All custom orders are digital items. You will receive both a 72 dpi proof image, a high definition PDF image, a high definition PNG image, and a medium definition PNG image.

Some print services struggle with larger file sizes, so the medium definition image provides a smaller image size.
